The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device called MINUT, which alerts us if noise levels exceed the set limit. Tampering with or disabling this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

◆ Self-check-in is available using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

👣 The unit is situated on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs, as there are 2 sets of stairs with 5-6 stairs each leading to the apartment, equipped with handrails for safety.

👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a `garden apartment` as it is partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.
