The dressers had dust on them , the sheets had stains on them & there was built up dirt in the corners of the room . The room was usable & didn’t smell . The bathroom was clean .

Staff on duty worked hard to maintain facilities but need more staff. Small details overlooked. people on duty didn’t have time or don’t pay attention small details like corners of elevator debris and worn out hallways carpet. Room itself was clean and well maintained. If it had not would have not stayed as disappointed with other areas. Like staff working and applaud the time they put in to assist when needed.

We booked this hotel, because it had a hot-tub and pool.. except we did not use the amenities because they were disgustingly dirty. *The Hot-Tub had Filthy Dirty SCUM rings from not being cleaned or treated properly .. there were floating feces in the main pool. There was Black Mold on indoor pool Windows *Causing Severe Health Risks to me and others, because I already have a weekend immune system and am on respiratory medications this is a Massive Health Threat.. the whole Poole area should have been Isolated and sealed off to prevent spores from spreading and from indigestion. *The indoor carpeting was all stained and disgusting and had not been vacuumed. The doors were filthy, the room floors had not been cleaned. There was accumulated dirt surrounding all the edges of the room floors and ontop of all the baseboards, & extremely thick dust on electrical plugs sockets. And the furniture had not been moved for a deep clean in a very long time…! We requested another room and were told No other rooms available..! The TV remote didn’t work, and there was no maintenance person available to come to the room and fix it. The rooms ventilation systems were crusted with disgusting black filth. The vending machines were out of order. The front desk was not helpful .. except to supply batteries for the TV remote which I had to make a trip to the lobby desk again, to ask for, since the Room phone was busted and did not work. Breakfast areawas uncleanly.. Terrible !!

Staff very courteous. The hotel was located near freeway for convenience. The room was not very clean. Spiderwebs were found in the corners of the ceiling. The walls had stains of some sort. The drawers on the dresser would slide open and stay open on its own. The tub had a ring stain that seemed permanent. The linens had hair on both beds and in both rooms after I told the front desk and switched rooms.
