There was a pipe burst from the 4th floor that affected the 1st floor and caused it to hard for staff. Room was noticeably not cleaned well, found hair in the bed and truly surface cleaning.

Pretty average - hotel was tired and suffering water damage. The fitness centre was closed due to water damage. Clean and comfortable though.

Room was bigger than some other hotels. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The breakfast wasn't bad. Would have appreciated having bread and bananas offered. Checkin was great. Only downside to this hotel is there weren't many restaurants in the area other than Dennys and 2 or 3 fast food ones. Excellent hotel if you are flying in or out of the airport and need an overnight stay.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites Cleveland Airport North is very clean, has a great and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. It offers an airport shuttle, proximity to the airport and major roads, easy parking, a good breakfast, and coffee all day long. I have stayed many times on.family visits and have always been satisfied

Breakfast was over at 9 to early counter workers not helpful broken English they couldn’t communicate very well sprinkler system broke place was wet blowers running outside my room all night they could have put us in a room that wasn’t right where the blowers were workers not very clean themselves

Room was decent and I can tell they have recently done upgrades. I appreciated the security cameras in the parking lot. There were a couple of issues. There was a dude sleeping in the lobby when I arrived early in the AM. The shower had a slow drain and could have been cleaner as there was mildew in the shower.
