First and foremost I got NO sleep. The bed wasn't really comfortable but I could have dealt with that but the noise through the floor/ceiling is ridiculous. I called the front desk to tell them about the noise going on in the room above us. They said they would take care of it. If they did, it didn't help. I didn't get to fall asleep til 4 am because of them. Then I was back up every half hour til 6 am. Orange juice was watered down, I saw the worker for the kitchen not wearing gloves while handling the food. The fruit was frozen. I could go on but I think the point has been made

First time guest. Had a fantastic stay. Staff was excellent , breakfast was excellent, housekeeping was excellent. Rooms were fantastic. My car was hit while parked in the hotels parking parking lot and I'm now out $900, but that was likely my fault ( do not park next to 2 big trucks). Otherwise, I would stay at this property again but wouldnt park next to a big truck.

Check in was smooth and easy. Chance was awesome. Room was spacious, clean and had good amenities. Came back from dinner to find out there was a child's party next door. It was early enough, didn't mind me at first. It was after 9pm with kids screaming and banging on walls and adults cussing and not trying to to bring the mayhem under control or when they were in the hallway is when it got to be bothersome. This went on until 11/11:30 before finally i was able to fall asleep... woke up from hard bed around 4pm tossing and turning. Shower was nice. Breakfast was good. Second night uneventful. Check out was smooth with another good breakfast
