The front desk was iften unattended, the heat in the room was stuck at 64°. All (two) of the elevators were not working Sunday morning the 28th. The next morning, only one of the elevators was worling. When I left early morning on the 29th, once again, the front desk was unattended and the doors were locked.desk

The room was bigger than expected and beautiful! I usually have quite a few things to complain about at hotels but I really only have one. There were sort of rust stains in the tub but that was a tiny thing. Not even an issue. Breakfast was very yummy. The kids had tons of fun in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!!!!
