The lady at front desk was unreasonable about checking in 30 minutes even tho room was ready then took 30 minutes to check us in. Would not give us the wedding hoodie bags with wedding itinerary u til after we insisted it was for us. Then at 6:30 am woke up to the neighbor smoking tons of pot!

The room had a lot of maintenance issues that hadn’t been addressed, but was clean. I would prefer a little more to the pillows as well, very flat- but very soft. Staff were kind and helpful.

Never ever stay in this place. Shower was nasty asked 3 different days to clean. The manager final sent housekeeper who then asked for a tip to do her job! She retaliated after I refused tip and turned on the water in suite kitchen and blamed it on me! Manager called the police to have criminal mischief charges filed against me. Had to go to police station almost missed my flight! Credit card shutdown after they tried to charge 15400 dollars for water damage. What a day, don’t even think about it! It’s terrible!
