I’ll hotel is on the lower scale of other hotels. I didn’t have high expectations. But the walk to the room was not clean, the baseboard carpet falling off, carpets dirty. The room looked clean however the bathroom was not. Long hair in the tub and toilet not clean. The staff was nice and offered to charge our room however we made other arrangements and decided not to stay over night. If you stay here, know that the staff is nice and accommodating, but not one to clean. It’s unfortunate, I’m sure they have a huge turnover and it must be a challenge to find good reliable workers.

Stay from Hell

Parking area seemed to be well lit and safe enough. The lady at check in was phenomenal and gave me high hopes for this stay. Those were wuickly shattered when i entered the hallway of the 4th floor. Msny noisy rooms on my way to find on room. Mystery stain on the carpet in the hallway and everything just felt wet. Shoes sticking as i trotted my way to the room. Upon entry the smell about knocked me out. The walls were bleeding from nicotine. More mystery stains upon the carpet. The mattress about made me puke with all the discoloration and stains. A hole on the one chair and the curtain. No blinds or anything to totally shut the window. The bathroom was moldy and riddled with water stains. The exhaust fan was exposed and the cover laying on the ground. I could tell housekeeping barely touched the room. Crumbs on the floor, napkins left from another stay, stains on the wall. The fridge also had residue from a previous stay. The one elevator had a flickering light and gave the inpression it would stop working at any given moment. Overall do not waste your money and please just book somewhere else.

If Fairbridge rebrands as a haunted hotel they will make millions! My room smelled of rotten seafood, which I found inside the mini fridge… stained sheets and smudges on the walls. Couldn’t sleep one night. The whole place looks dated, abandoned, and frankly creepy.

Proximity to highway was very convenient; the hole in the pillow was strange, the mold in the shower was sneeze-worthy, and the general feel of the interior was damp - besides feeling like a Halfway House if you left the room for any reason.
