The staff was great. The property is older and needs updating. The halls smelled like curry cooking, and lots of other food smells. The room was very spacious, but outdated.

Great Stay at a Great Price

Room was clean and quiet. Price was great. Front lobby staff were helpful. Very happy with the stay and will stay again next time I am coming thru Cleveland

This was a poor stay. The beds were not comfortable, the hide a bed couch was so uncomfortable my 9 year old chose an air mattress instead. The hotel has an awkward layout. The check in was slow. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, but building was very run down, nasty carpet in room, nothing updated - A/C ran all night but room stayed very damp . There was no coffee in the morning, and you should not advertise any "breakfast provided"

The carpets looked dingy the bathroom floor and Kitchen floors had linoleum like floors and they hadn’t been mopped or cleaned because we took a wet rag and rubbed the floor and it was black from all the dirt on the floor the hallways and stuff smelt musky

Well the overall stay was ok. The property should actually revamp and actually have a mini breakfast. What they consistitute as a breakfast is literally auffin and some coffee.also didn't care for the fact I checked in for one night and although the room they gave me was infact very spacious, having to fill up ice trays for 1 night seemed idiotic,we ended up going to dollar general down the street . But really wish they had ice machine .overall 3 stars
