Staff friendly and responsive. Beds comfortable and room location quiet. Microwave rusty and needing replace. Side and rear of property were in need of cleaning up trash and dog feces. Apparently most guests are not utilizing poop bags.

Horrible experience, hair found in shower wall before our shower. Old food in fridge with eggs. Found dirt all over bead frame over head. Floor and carpet was sticky when we entered, not cleaned at all. Heard loud banging on door twice and believed somebody was trying to break in. Felt unsafe and left at 1am to sleep in car somewhere else. Found out next day I got two separate charges for two rooms when I only paid for 1 room still awaiting response from hotel. Will never bring my family here again.

Overall a nice hotel and cheap. Close to so many stores (walmart, target, etc) and the mall. I would stay again. Room was clean. Only downside was the shower was clogged. I forgot to say something to the front desk. I was in a hurry to leave so that's my bad.

The lobby had an odor. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. A woman in a crop tank top and short shorts said "he'll be down in a minute". No professionalism. The bed was absolutely horrible and my back still hurts from sleeping in it. I woke up at 6am and drove home.

The reason you stay at an Extended Stay America is for the kitchen, but it does you no good if they have no plates, utensils or cookware in your room. They straight out told me to go buy some, as they were not going to have enough for everyone. The staff is rude and unaccommodating, not sure if that is due to the mismanagement of the property but, they need to fix that fast. The property is aging and not kept up. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America in Cleveland again, I have tried them twice and they have done nothing but disppoint.

The whole facility was very dirty and unkempt. The bathroom drains didn’t drain . The air conditioners suck and make weird loud noises. The hall ways were filthy full of trash and crumbs everywhere. I understand busy but there is a difference between being busy and just lack of effort to provide clean rooms. Even the parking lot was pretty bad.

Close to restaurants and a mall. Facilities very worn. Breakfast area smaller than 1/2 the size of our room. Didn’t even entertain eating there. No lobby. Very deceptive. Just a desk. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. No toiletries. Tiny tube of shampoo. No coffee. Would not recommend or book again. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.
