We booked a king room and because the property over sold them we were moved to a a room with 2 small beds. All the bottles in the shower were empty. No shower gel shampoo or conditioner. Very disappointing stay.

Nice overall but kind of run down - seems like it can use a refresh. Also, weirdly their restaurant menu is nowhere - not in the room, not listed among digital services, not even online. I could only find it after physically trekking downstairs. So while room service was apparently an option, I couldn't find any way to order it. But the room was comfortable and the overall service and breakfast was great.

Pool was down . We called the hotel in the morning and they told us it would be fixed by 3 or 4pm. I even asked if they were sure because we were staying for a birthday party for my daughter and the pool was the reason we booked here. The lady on the phone assured that it would be fixed. When I arrive to check in, I was told the pool would not be fixed for our whole stay. This was very disappointing. We would have cancelled and booked another hotel in the morning if I wasn’t told it would be fixed but now it was already 4:00pm and other people were already on their way . Manager was rude about it . Staff was also rude when we asked for extra pillows and blankets for people to sleep On the pull out couch? The rooms were big and spacious though an lobby as well . The Made to order Breakfast omelettes were good .

Both rooms were not clean and I did not ask for wheelchair accessible rooms which did not accommodate my family at all. We decided to cancel the reservation and was told we will get a refund for the stay we did not use but I’m still receiving emails as if we’re there and we already left hours ago
