The stay was fine, bed is not the comfiest but it was only 2 nights so it worked. The pull out sofa had no linens in the room. Had to go downstairs to request them and extra towels which never came. Asked for extra towels 3 times, housekeeping was not the best accessible.

The staff at the front desk were pleasant. That's were the positive ends. The beds were uncomfortable. The toilet wasn't fully cleaned, there were stains on the floor & wallpaper, no one had dusted in several months, someone in the room before me had cut their hair because there were clippings everywhere, and the sink barely drained.

I always prefer to stay at Embassy suites due to their breakfast and always have a pleasant experience in the past but not with one. Check in was easy and quick, but when entered the room there was rust stains on the floor. We did not make a fuzz about it. However as we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, no one showed up to clean the room or replenish the supplies. Front desk was calleduptiple times and was told someone from housekeeping will be there shortly but no one showed up. Later on I saw an additional charge of $150 on my cc. Called the hotel and inquired about the charge and a related invoice, I was told it was an additional cleaning charge. Tried to talk to the AGM, with no luck. Left a voiceessage a couple of times, and no one ever got back to me even to discuss. Very disappointing experience at this location, so make sure to check your credit card as they might charge you without any explanation or invoice.
