I booked because they had a pool. When I got there the pool was closed....until October. Hotels.com should put a notification on their website. It was a waste of a weekend with kids.

Everything was broken. Lights in the room, doors to outside, an entire elevator. And worse the pool. When I was booking a hotel I put in specific criteria for one with a pool. When we checked in at 430, we walked up to our room, and there was someone in it cleaning it! Actually should use the term cleaning lightly, because the tub was dirty, and had hair in it. Two of the lamps in the room didn’t work, and it had an odd smell.

Was not aware that the pool and whirlpool was not available. There was food under the pull out sofa, carpet was torn in main hallways, elevator on one side of property did not work. For the money spent I'm not happy.

Love the breakfast that is offered. The lady who fixes the omelets is amazing. So friendly and sweet. The people at the front desk are great also. I stay here a 2 to 4 times a month and they know who I am when I walk through the door. Very welcoming.
