The staff was courteous and informative at check-in. Valet staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping for a better overall experience: the hottub jets were barely functioning, the carpet in our room appeared spotted and needed a cleaning, and a wall in the bathroom was stained. Was hoping for a more relaxing/comfortable one-night getaway.

Everything was lovely except the noise. Beautiful hotel, rooms were lovely and clean, but there’s a lot of echo off of tall marble walls. Because of the pool and great location, plus the breakfast and included drinks and snacks at the Kick Back each evening, it’s a family-friendly place. But that also makes for a lot of noise in the hallways and from the open foyer. Elect for the higher floors-had we known we’d have paid the additional money. Barely slept unfortunately.

This is probably one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in. The complimentary perks (breakfast, dinner&drinks) are fantastic too. The staff was always courteous. Everything was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay again!!!

Everything was great except all corners and crevices along baseboards were dirty. Housekeeping needs to vacuum/clean areas where carpeting, tile or marble meets walls. It was the first thing we noticed upon entering. Closet has dust bunnies and cobwebs. Staff, service and amenities were terrific!
