The waiting to check in was longer than I expected the room wasn't completed like most hotel rooms are shorter waist basket the desk chair was dirty and the phone didn't work do you have the phone looked at and they have a waist basket sent to my room I have a chair cleaned off we're going to send somebody and I never got the service nobody ever came I let the manager know about it when I checked out and asked for a discount something off my stay he said he couldn't do it the contact hotels.com and hopefully I can get a percentage off my roommate I hope you can help out with this they said for you to call the hotel I was in room 300 thank you Mary

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed a strong urine smell, likely from a dog. They did change our room but offered no apology at all. Other guests were rowdy and noisy every night and there was tons of garbage left outside people’s doors. The gym was gross and one treadmill didn’t even work. We didn’t notice any security cameras in the hotel at all which made us feel very unsafe. I’m not sure where all the high ratings are about but do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s truly awful

Elevator did not work and on my side so i had to walk around the hole floor smelled like swamp cooler mold and everything was so worn-out it look like it would have been a nice place 25 years ago but they have not did anything since them

The hotel was incredibly understaffed. We never once had our room serviced. We had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and toilet paper as the front desk clerk told us she was the only one there so she couldn't have them brought up to us. There were glasses, silverware and other trash in the hallway when we arrived - it was still all there when we left 4 days later. There are no vents/fans in the bathrooms so there was mold growing on the ceiling and the room stayed musty. The windows were bolted shut so we couldn't even try to air out the room that way either. All of the signs that said "vending " took you to empty cutouts where vending used to be. The pool area smelled so musty we didn't even attempt to try it out. The only good thing was the location with easy freeway access. We were very disappointed in our stay and will definitely never stay there again.

The Front Desk staff is very unfriendly, or was having a bad day. They did not greet me upon arrival, nor did they say thank you or have a good day upon leaving.
