The property was under renovations which we were not made aware of until we arrived. The lamp shade in the bathroom was broken and tilted and they did not fix the issue. There were stains on the lamp shades and shower curtain….. overall the place was dirty.

Horrible Stay

Right off the back there is no lighting from the road giving direction into parrking lot. Then we could not get a handicap room which was needed and requested when previously booked and paid for. One of only two elevators were working and had trash on the floor and was making noise as to a breakdown. Our floor had dirty towels in the doorways. Our room carpet had big stains and looked extremly old, like the hallways. Our mini frige did not work and we had food that went uneatable the next morning. There was no free continental breakfast.

The staff was and is very unprofessional the room was very dusty almost gone roll of tissue in the bathroom……… its more dirty around then clean even the elevator floor is very dirty….

I love love this hotel. I’m not gonna pick out the little things because overall they were great!! BUT…… though most hotels do the $100 hold, some don’t. And those that do take the hold, should specify it boldly during payout. A customer shouldn’t find out they have to pay more or need more once they check and have already paid online. Before I put my card info online , instead of tiny fine print, it should stand out right along with my payment stating “your gonna need an extra 100 or so to addition to your payment”. It’s scary because some of us are reason living in those place with nowhere to go, imagine spending your last on a room and you get denied as soon as you get there to check in because they more funds to hold for damages!!! The policy is understandable. Not arguing there, it’s just the way they sneak that in there where you don’t know about it until you’ve made your payment already.

Just ok

Needs some work. Some not so good smells. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good, and hot water was plenty. No wash clothes in the bathroom, had to ask for them at the front desk. Bathroom was not the cleanest.

Check in was at 4:00 few in for a funeral that started at 5:00 they charged me $50.00 to check in early? Elevator smelled and carpet in my room was very dirty.

With some fixes, this could be a great place. The room had not been turned around properly in terms of cleanliness. Trash in the waste baskets. Urine around the base of the toilet, and the backside. Hair matted in corner by toilet, and tub. Missing cover to the bolts on the toilet. Our door did not shut properly the lock was not working, you could just give it a shove and you’re in ( we had to use the safety lock)a fist sized “punch” hole in closet door. In my opinion, it’s neglected.
