Just OK. Beds were comfortable- needs a facelift in the rooms - hallways- and elevator. But I got a great price so can’t be too picky. Major issue was there was no HOT WATER! Barely was Luke warm to do a wash up at the sink. We let the water run for over 20 minutes hoping it would get warmer in both the sink and shower it never got warm.

My husband fell outside the property didn’t have salt to melt the snow. Dirty rooms we got moved 3times during our 4night stay no heat, room smell like pee, someone threw up in the pool and the next day pool open and it wasn’t clean. Condoms left in the stair way, dirty laundry and trash in the halls left in the halls all night.

Room was clean, a bit out dated. It had a very nice shower with good pressure with a lot of water coming at you.Had nice towels, It was like a black out when I drove in almost was wondering if it was open. No phones in the room had a person who kept slamming the door all night and start again around 7am, it would of been nice to call the front desk and tell them to do something that was by far the worst of the stay which is why it got this star rating.

I initially checked in on Wednesday 11/26. Friday, I extended my stay due to the snowstorm & road conditions. The only highlight of my experience was Lyneisha, the front desk manager. She handled numerous complaints with remarkable patience & kindness, & I truly hope she receives recognition for her exceptional service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Friday morning, I initially checked out to find another hotel, but Lyneisha assured me that she could accommodate me if I rebooked, allowing me to wait for the roads to clear. I was hesitant because during my initial check in I faced a 6 hr wait to check in due to a power outage & had to wait another 2 hrs for my room to warm up. What was concerning was the lack of a generator. I’ve never encountered a hotel without a power contingency plan. The following day, after returning from getting food, the steep hill leading to the hotel unprepared for the snow, causing several guests, including myself, to slide down. We had to park at the bottom & climb up, slipping & nearly falling in the process. The front desk claimed it was the city's responsibility, which I can accept for the hill, but the sidewalks & the parking lot should have been managed better. Despite Lyneisha's efforts, the icy conditions remained unaddressed, & I struggled to navigate the parking lot. As a back surgery patient, I felt unsafe so I crawled to my car in the snow . This lack of care reflects poorly on the hotel & the Wyndham brand.
