The front desk worker was was rude. The sheets on the bed were dirty with cigarette burns. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no towels when we asked for new sheets and towels. They told us there was none. The worst hotel I ever stayed at.

No soap. This property reaked of Marijuana, even though it was advertised as a smoke free facility. Trash everywhere outside.

This property is gross. Upon checking in, there were two used rubbers on the floor of my bathroom. Mind you I checked in ten minutes after the 4PM check in time so my room was "cleaned" according to hotel staff.

The pictures on the web do not match the actual place. I have never atayed in a dirtier hotel no towels had to ask for towels. The window to the room was open and couldn’t shut it. Staff was not at all helpful or friendly. This was not a place that should even be open let alone chatting what they charge. Gross will not be back.

The guy from the next room. I don’t know he is crazy or not. He called police on me. And said I have gun and I am threatening him. Police told me they know the person is crazy. And police helped me to get another room. And said personally that I chose a wrong hotel. This was a horrible experience at midnight.

There was a washcloth left hanging in the shower when we arrived, the shower curtain was yellow and smelled of urine. The fire alarm was hanging by wires from the wall and not working. The top lock on the inside of the door was broken off and useless. Thankfully we only needed the room for 7 hours, it was scary..

Checked in and right back out of our hotel stay. Literally everything listed on hotels.com was not available and the hotel was utter garbage. Even the front desk told us they know what's listed isn't accurate and they've asked for it to be removed. The bed wasn't even secure. As soon as our child (50lbs) sat on it, the other side came up off the floor. No toilet paper, towels or anything in the room The listings also says they offer breakfast but front desk told us they do not and never have. Beds and linens were horribly stained and still had hair on them.

I like that I could pay a little extra once getting there, for an early check -in! Which most hotels/motels will not have that option.
