Only one elevator appeared to be working and it made terrible sounds. A light bulb was missing from the desk lamp. Notified front desk in evening when checked in. No one could replace it until maintenance arrived the next morning closer to 9 which was after we needed to leave.

Yes to the shuttle. I didnt have breakfast there, but the bar/restaurant servixe the night befode was not great, the bartender was not there and the mgr had to fill in. She did great but isnt a bartender. Room was chilly. Water not very hot

Upon check-in, we noticed that we did not have any towels for drying off after taking a shower. I called down to the front desk. They said they would have them brought up nothing happened. We also asked for hand soap as they have liquid hand soap dispenser mounted on the wall. They had plenty of lotion, but no hand soap. Also, the shower caddy that holds the body soap. Shampoo and conditioner was not mounted on the wall. There is mold on the ceiling. Looks like a toilet or the shower above is leaking, causing mold. Overall, this looks like a nice property on the outside yet. It is definitely mismanaged and not well maintained. I have stayed here at least five times in the past 10 years and I have to say this is the worst condition I’ve experienced. I will not be staying here again until Something happens in a positive manner.

The hotel was being renovated. 3 Elevators but only One worked and it stopped for a while on 2nd day of our 5 day stay. Restaurant sucked as ran out of menu food. Didn’t want maid service in room but set out trash cans and the maid service didn’t take it for 2 days. Only pleasant thing was the service desk as the guy covering during the day tried to be friendly and accommodating. Never staying at this hotel again!

Made reservation ahead and once I arrived the front desk lady did not let me check in until 2pm, then later she said until 2:30 and then until 3pm, she was no friendly at all, she was with her phone all the time, then once I got in, the room was in bad shape, carpet was dirty, didnt look that old in the pictures and during my whole stay they never cleaned the room

We were given a key to a room that was already occupied and we walked in when the other guest was in the shower. And elevators were not working and our room was on the 4th floor. I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was okay. It was clean but my room was also on the 4th floor and the elevators all three went was non-functioning so everybody had to use the stairs. They did not post any signs stating that the elevators was not working. Horrible communication with there customers. Also, the staff did not feel any urgency in calling to get the elevators fixed.

The hotel is very tired. Under renovations. Dan who helped with our bags was amazing. Front desk rude and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to stay here. Rooms were not particularly clean. Definitely needs a good renovation all the way around.

We only stayed one night for a early flight. No wake up call ,so set your phone alarm. 24 hr shuttle was a plus. The room was fine, its not the Four seasons but it was clean and great for one night. The bar/ restaurant is a plus !

This stay was terrible. The only bright spot was the employees trying to make the best of a bad situation. There was undisclosed construction which made the air quality worse with chemicals and solvents.
