The hotel is very nice. We Pick this hotel for the park n fly. Kevin the shuttle driver is awesome, had him several times now and always very pleasant and informative. The front desk staff were very accommodating as we had some family join us in the lounge. Thank you.

The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.

We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the afternoon/evening staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and my granddaughter enjoyed the pool.
