Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up. The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too!

We’ve stayed here multiple times because it is a nice hotel in a nice area and about 30 mins outside Downtown Cleveland. The hot breakfast is great.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are very large. A/C worked amazing! Breakfast was great and included sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and prepackaged pastries. Would definitely stay here again.

Super easy to find off the highway, close to a little strip mall where there were a lot of food options. We were pretrt busy so we werent able to chexk everything out. Staff was incredible. We were there for 4 days for a sports nationals and the staff was awesome with always checking in on us! Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was so quiet and definitely felt safe. The grocery store across the parking lot was convenient. Cleveland was close enough to travel to but far enough to be away from the city. We also got to check out a fun arcade pretty close by! I would definitely stay in this hotel if I ever came back to Ohio!

Fridge was cold. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice, coffee was excellent. Shower head had way too much pressure. Glass shower wall was not long enough to keep water from getting all over the floor. Staff was friendly.

Well-located with easy access to Interstates serving Akron/Cleveland and beyond. Plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms are standard issue Comfort Inn but generally well-maintained and quiet. Breakfast consistently good in terms of quality and variety.

Perfect comfort and service after a long hard day

The beds were comfortable and felt like home. The shower had good water pressure at just the right temperature. The laundry room was clean with efficient appliances that completed a load of clothes in less than an hour. The breakfast was average but the breakfast staff was kind, friendly and kept the food area clean with plenty of hot options.

Thieves!!

Was great until I checked out. I got home 10 minutes after I left and realized I left my toiletry bag in the bathroom. I went back and they had already started cleaning it and my bag wasn’t there. Front desk wasn’t helpful. Told me she’d call me in an hour and didn’t. I went back next morning and different lady dismissed me. I had my wedding rings in there!! Your employees stole it!!
