Room was not clean, toilet has Urin/TP when I arrived, hair in the sink and non of the trash cans had bags in it. WiFi continue to disconnect. Used my phone has a hotspot in order to be online.

Front desk staff was awkward. When I arrived, he said they were two rooms available. I asked him which one was the nicest. He responded that none of them were nice. I asked whether he was joking, and he never suggested that he was joking. From that point on, the hotel felt dirty and suspicious.

Staff was polite and friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. The decor and building are older, but that’s reflected in the rate. Would stay here again.

The most impressive part of my stay, and the reason I will continue to use this as my hotel of choice when I come to Cleveland for work (Cleveland Clinic) is due to Pamela at the front desk. Amazing customer service!!! Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency is inspiring, and sorely missing from most other hotels in the area. She is a gem - I hope you appreciate what a fine employee she is. Roman was also extremely friendly, professional and a great representative for your organization. Not too thrilled with carpeted floors (most other locations have manufactured flooring), but won't go anywhere else due to Pamela and Roman. David Gunteens
