Great stay, the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. She let us check in early. The place was nice and very well maintained. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Everything was perfect. There were a lot of shopping around the area that are steps away from the hotel. Would definitely go back!!

The room was fine. Friendly Staff. Good restaurant on-site. The brochures of Cleveland and things to do and see should be out in the open not in a drawer. Bathroom nice and clean including the shower and the pressure of water, as well as, the shower head. It is also nice when shower head can separate from its arm. It's awesome that the pool is open all the way to 11pm.

Nice, friendly staff. Room and overall hotel is clean. Shower is heavenly. Breakfast was just ok. Dinner was not very good. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. There’s an adjacent shopping center within walking distance too with an Aldi, Ulta, Marshall’s, Famous Footwear, and Five Below.

The hotel was modern and clean, the staff was helpful and kind, the elevator was fast and clean. The parking lot is free and a lot spots are available. but for the price, it is so expensive; The breakfast is not included, just to select “stay with breakfast” when book it. It is not a buffet, just a restaurant to order it. The toilet paper in the rooms are the cheapest and the worst one could be found in the US. The blanket is like a plastic.
