I am requesting a full refund. The sooner the better. The tv didn't work; nor did the toilet. It was completely unacceptable. I'm shocked that they ever booked me there. Overlook Arms. They even gave me the wrong address. I had to find alternative housing for the 5 nite stay I had booked.
Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2025
