This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and a true gem. First of all, Evans at the front desk, who checked me in, was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel smelled fresh and was clean upon entering, which made a great first impression. My room was very clean, spacious, and smelled wonderful. I stayed for six days, and my grandkids enjoyed the breakfast every morning before school—such a convenient perk for families. The pool was also clean and warm. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating, our flight had been cancelled, they provided quick and easy shuttle service and gave a great recommendation on a place to grab a bite to eat. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Would stay again.

The airport shuttle took 35 minutes to get there, but the driver kept lying to say she was only 6 minutes away so I had to wait outside in 20° weather at midnight. When I called to make sure I hadnt missed the driver, the hotel clerk called the driver to ask where she was and tell her I was outside and really cold because Id been waiting so long. The driver laughed.

The place has potential to be a cheaper option to pricier hotels. They need to do a better job cleaning the place. The young lady who worked the front desk on the evening of November 28th was very kind and went above and beyond to try to make our stay pleasant. Give her something to work with.

Sink was backed up, not draining properly. No place to place soap in the shower, no shelving, no nothing, just a shower, shower head, and the pump shower gel they provide. One roll of toilet paper, just a low budget Best Western. Won't stay here next time. Breakfast was trash too!

Breakfast was really good and a nice selection. The beds were probably the only thing we weren't happy about, but everyone has their own level of comfort. We have stayed here many times. It has improved each year as the remodel continues. Very convenient to our work location.

Breakfast was average; there could have been waffles or something HOT (pancakes, etc.) we only stay there for the airport; shuttle service is PHENOMENAL (so quick and reliable); we were assigned a room RIGHT next to the lobby, so, our shuttle was easy; I am unsure why we pay for long term parking, as there were very few cars in the lot & I cannot imagine it costs anything for my car to sit there; other hotels do not charge
