Booked and paid for 2 beds, at check in was given a king, so our 12 year old had to sleep on the floor with the extra blanket and pillow they sent up. Room was small and not cleaned well. Not worth the almost $300 we paid for the night.

Our stay was great! The shower could’ve been a little better, but everything else was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, especially the valet. We appreciated the free coffee and the water bottles in the room and also pets stay for free!

Perfect place to explore the flats

Room was good. small but perfect. Loved that there was mini fridge. They sent a message before the stay warning that it does get nosier at night and if we wanted room higher up to ask. We didn’t and didn’t think anything of it. I slept fine but my husband was woken up multiple times. lol it’s right by the flats and it was the bar crawl weekend So we knew what to expect! But for any light sleepers- ask for highest room up away from people! Loved the hotel. Easy to park and get to front desk. Bad ass gym we didn’t get to use. Walking distance between everything to bars to favorite restaurants. We will be back in future! Walked to less than 5 minute walk to 27 club, all the bars and restaurants at the flats. Also walked to blue point grill for dinner- 8 minute walk.
