Host was terrible to communicate with and shouldn't be allowed to list on VRBO again. Honestly, thought it was a scam. Didn't have access code until after check in time after repeated contact attempts to host. Contacted VRBO and they couldn't contact host in a timely manner. House was not cleaned. (beds were slept in, dirty towels, garbage not disposed of, etc.) Personal belongings were left in living room. Heard angry pounding on door at 11:30pm after everyone had gone to bed. Didn't answer. Person showed up next morning to get his stuff (was then calm and polite) and stated house was double booked. Contacted VRBO for a cleaning refund with no response after a week.Worst VRBO experince. Shows how little vetting of hosts is done by VRBO.
