The space
The Upcountry of South Carolina has so much to offer in the way of recreation and outdoor activities. Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and adventures are never far from your front door. 

When you enter this newly renovated Tiger-themed home, you'll find a beautiful kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances. For our coffee lovers, there is a Keurig available for your use. The island is spacious and has seating for 4. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the dining room table with ample room to seat 8. The living room, located just beyond the kitchen offers bright spaces and comfortable seating. The large, flat screen TV is a smart TV- you can sign into your favorite streaming apps with your information and pick up right where you left off! Two of the three bedrooms offer King size beds. The bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The bathrooms, situated side by side and both easily accessible from each bedroom, offer large vanities with sufficient lighting. The first bathroom has a tub/shower combo, the second is a stand-up shower. 

The spacious back yard offers a charcoal grill and plenty of room to play!

Graduation Visit

House was so centrally located for graduation weekend. Made it so easy to come and go to visit our sons, hit the grocery store and make it to ceremonies. House was especially helpful being on one floor for my 87 yr old mother who also came. Wonderful home in a quite neighborhood 2 minutes from campus.
