The three bright bedrooms feature modern mattresses (King, Queen, and Full), individual Roku TVs, and fresh linens provided. A new queen sleeper sofa is also available the living room. The two full bathrooms, feature tub/showers and are fully stocked with fresh linens. The modern chef's kitchen has a gas stove and is fully equipped with everything you need for morning coffee, to cook a great family meal or prepare for your tailgate. The large open living room has three plush sofas with seating for nine, and an 82" TV—perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. The unfinished walkout basement offers an extra bonus game/TV room and a well-equipped pet room, perfect for comfortably boarding your four-legged friends during evenings out. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use. Enjoy a game of pool in the sunroom, the private backyard patio for BBQs, or unwind around the large backyard fire pit with s'mores fixin's provided. There is ample, off-street parking for up to 5 cars—a rare find for Clemson game days!
