House located in the town of Cléden-Cap-Sizun in a quiet small village.

Ideal for 4 people, you will have at your disposal on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Gas cooker, Oven, Coffee maker) a living room with sofa television as well as a wifi connection, a bathroom with walk-in shower Separate toilet, the house also has a wood stove (wood not provided)

Also at your disposal washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, another with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.

The house offers a 600 m2 garden (unfenced) with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing, parasol, etc.

Bordered by a long-distance hiking trail (GR34) and leading to a typical small port and a sandy cove (10 min walk) ideal for walks by the sea a stone's throw from the Pointe du Van and the Baie des Trépassés great for surfing (school).

Close to the Pointe du Raz labeled Grand Site de France.
Pets are allowed (to be discussed with the owner).
Rental from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
