Needs some maintenance. Stayed at your hotel 1.looked cleanest 2. Had indoor hot tub/ heated pool due to recent knee surgery for the therapeutic valve. The hot tub did not work but water was warm but pool was not. 3. Bar in 2nd elevator came off in hand as I held for balance going up and down. 4 remote control for TV very difficult to navigate. Staff very apologetic but could not fix problems. Would have bern pleasant stay without these problems. We were there 3 nights for a funeral.

Shawna was so willing to help with anything upu could need! She was so cheery lovely and definitely wanted her guests to have the best experience! And me and my little family absolutely did!
