Mendocino National Forest, just 20 minutes away, offers endless possibilities: hop on a mountain bike and explore the local trails, hike, fish, and hunt. The home is serviced by a water source, which is a natural surface well, which during warm months may have a natural sulfur smell. Water is safe and is filtered and backed washed daily during backwash cycles. You may hear a water sound coming from the laundry room during the system cycle. Additionally, we recommend bringing bottled water as a preferred source for drinking water during your stay.
