Easy access to SLC, Ogden, ski resorts & FrontRunner! Perfect home base for families, friends, or travelers. 4BR/2BA with two stocked kitchens and cozy spaces to gather. Separate entrance and living areas offer comfort and privacy.

Unwind by the propane fire pit after exploring and enjoy in-home laundry. Thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort, this space has everything you’ll need. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 queen beds, bunk bed & a pull-out sofa. Parking: Parking is free, and guests are welcome to use the driveway. There are also two additional spaces available on the street in front of the home. If it snows, please try to keep vehicles in the driveway so the street can be plowed. ❄️

• Thermostat: Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort. It’s located near the closet in the living room.
•There is a full size air mattress and bedding in the closet near the front door, if needed.

•The brown couch downstairs pulls out into a full bed. Bedding is located in the gray cabinet near the couch.
• Entrances: Both levels of the home have their own exterior entrance for added privacy and flexibility.

• Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that guests keep noise levels down during the evenings.
•The downstairs bathroom and one bedroom doorway have a lower ceiling height. It’s never been an issue for us or past guests, but we want to be upfront so you know what to expect. If you’re tall, just a little mindful ducking might be needed! Thanks for understanding.

• Pets: 🐾 Pets are welcome with prior notice. The fully fenced backyard makes it easy for them to enjoy the space too!

Cozy is right

This property was very clean and an accurate description. Great beds. Very nice hosts. I did leave them a list of things that I think needed to have some attention to be a better Vrbo. I did a lot of cooking and it was a challenge given the equipment there and the stove. if you are a larger person, this would be a difficult rental as the kitchen is very small and one of the entrances is very tight.

Small and Cozy w/ Stylish Deco’s

Comfortable and close to family at HAFB. Owner was responsive when contacted about the heat and promptly installed window ac units. Suggest removing trip hazard sisal rugs. The bathroom really needs a shelf or something for guest storage area.

Tiny, but cozy!

This is an older small house that has been remodeled and made nice inside and out. Clean and nicely decorated, good quality mattresses and beddings. Host was very helpful with proactive communication and immediate response time, even helped us find information about Ogden and places to go at night!

The property was very nice. Very clean. We were able to have our extended family over for a visit. Quiet neighborhood. They provided essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. Even had some games and toys for the kids.
