No neighbor on one side. The tall Pine trees all around provide privacy and shade during summer time. The Marina is about a mile away. Hiking trails are nearby. Golf, Hike, Fish, Swim - a vacationers paradise. The house is fully furnished with beautiful stained glass theme, simply gorgeous. Pets are welcome.
