Perfect for large groups and families, this spacious home comfortably accommodates everyone with four bedrooms—featuring one king, three queens, and a fun mix of full, twin and bunk beds—plus three bathrooms to make morning routines a breeze. Large U shaped driveway has ample room to accommodate 10+ vehicles.

Inside, you can unwind with a good book or gather for group meals in the open dining areas or patio, designed for ultimate relaxation. Outside, your 1 acre yard offers endless room for outdoor games and includes a brand new fire pit. A quick drive up the road brings you to the local General Store (stocked with ice cream by the scoop, sure to have your favorite flavor!) and the charming Palmer House restaurant.

The real highlight of your stay is the seamless, year-round access to Briggs, Julia, and Rush Lakes right from your backyard. There is a public access point so bring along your boat and favorite water toys. You'll have 2 dock spaces with bumpers ready for you and an outlet to charge batteries on shore. Or cast a line into one of Briggs Lake’s prime fishing spots right from your private dock! We also provide two complimentary kayaks, two paddle boards and a pedal boat to help you explore the water. This was a great VRBO! Everything was just as listed. Host was super responsive and helpful when needed. Lake was easy to access with a rented boat. The General store nearby had so much plus yummy ice cream! Location was great. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need! Comfy beds/ furniture to hangout! We would absolutely visit again!
