Unfortunately, no. To ensure comfort and safety, we strictly limit occupancy to 16 guests.

✓ Minimum age for booking is 21

✓ $500 cleaning fee for unauthorized pets

✓ 4 exterior cameras: Front door, driveway, hot tub, back patio (cameras are disarmed during guest stays)

✓ One Minute noise/crowd monitors in common rooms



Hot Tub Rules ~



✓ No one under 16 allowed in hot tub without adult

✓ No food or drinks in the hot tub

✓ No glass allowed around hot tub

✓ Spilled food/drinks require drain + clean

✓ Damage to jets/filters may result in fees

✓ Do not sit/stand on hot tub cover

✓ Damage from inappropriate use will be charged to the guest

✓ Cost to drain + clean hot tub: $250

✓ Filter replacement cost: $50 each

✓ Hot tub cover replacement: $3,000
