Free level 2 EV charging is available at the home, or fast charge with 440v at the nearby lodge.

The main level features 3 bedrooms, each with king beds and adjacent bathrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and a gorgeous great room featuring a 2 story fireplace, and amazing views of the golf course. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The large Bunk Room includes 2 custom log twin-over-full bunk beds, bean bags, TV, and a toy closet that is sure to keep the kids entertained. The nearby Family Suite features a king bed, a custom log twin-over-twin bunk, and a pack-n-play in the closet.

Start your day at Suncadia Retreat watching the sunrise as you lounge on the heated outdoor patio with a cup of coffee. You’ll love the wooded privacy and amazing views of the 11th hole of Suncadia’s renown Prospector golf course. Perhaps you’ll spot a herd of elk, a flock of wild turkeys, or another of the many local wildlife species that make their home here. Inside, we’ve provided spaces and amenities for everyone. Spend time enjoying the heated garage game room with a game of foosball, table tennis or basketball shoot-out. Prefer board games or cozying up with a book? You’ll find a selection of both in the Great Room. Sprawl on the large, comfortable sofas and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or great entertainment on the 65 inch Smart TV. The sunsets and stargazing at Timber Retreat are incredible, and whether you’re relaxing in the 7 person hot tub or sitting around the firepit, evenings spent on the patio are sure to be memorable.

This home is walking/biking distance to everything the resort has to offer, including Swiftwater Cellars Winery, The Lodge, community parks, and restaurants. The resort offers seasonal activities such as an outdoor ice rink, sledding hill, an outdoor pool and spa, concerts and other community events, paddleboard, kayak and bike rentals, and more. **Note** Due to Suncadia Resort policy, access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm Pool are not available to guests at Timber Retreat. Accordingly, there will be no additional resort fee. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Parking for up to 5 vehicles is available in the driveway.
