nice clean property at a reasonable price and as close to everything in town as you can get ... unless i needed to sleep a dozen people or have my own pool, I'd stay here every Clayton visit

We've stayed at this property for many years and it is always great! Perfect location, clean, great size for our family. The only thing I will say, and this is not a knock on the apartment, but rather an observation about Clayton, is that it seemed that Church Street was much busier and nosier than it had been in previous years. However, the location is so great to be able to walk to Main Street that I do not think it would deter me from staying there again. Communication with the host was great from booking through check-out. Easy check-in process. Great stay! Thank you!

Great price for what you get! Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops (for the wife) . The porch/balcony is really nice to kick back on in the mornings and evenings. If it's available, this is where I stay when I'm in Clayton!
