Knobby and Nice Retreat is a spacious 5-bed, 2-bath home designed to comfortably host up to 10 guests, making it perfect for multi-generational families or large groups of friends. Located only a few minutes from Blue Knob All Seasons Resort, it makes for the perfect winter location for hitting the slopes. After a cold day on the slopes, come back to the cabin to unwind in an inviting private hot tub! In the warmer months, enjoy beautiful hiking trails, fishing, and mountain biking at Blue Knob State Park, as well as a 9 hole golf course visible from the cabin. As part of the Blue Knob Community, you will have access to the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub in winter and outdoor pool and tennis courts Memorial Day- Labor Day. The Clubhouse Bar & Grill offers casual dining only minutes from the house. Only 30 minutes away, Altoona offers a variety of attractions, from historic activities to thrilling theme/water parks to beautiful, outdoor adventures.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The wooded and peaceful outdoor space is lit with string lights and offers a fire pit with Adirondack chairs - the perfect place for creating lasting memories! The deck hosts a table and chairs as well as a Blackstone Grill. The private hot tub sits to the left of the deck.

KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, oven, pots and pans, blender, a drip coffee maker as well as Keurig, dishwasher and large fridge. The kitchen is stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, K cups (20 provided per booking), coffee filters, fresh coffee grounds, one roll of paper towels, a fresh sponge, and tea towels.

BASEMENT/SECOND LIVING ROOM
The spacious basement features board games, a handful of toys for children, a ping pong table, as well as an infinity game table with hundreds of games. Two bedrooms in the basement are perfect for kids or singles with a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed in each room.

BATHROOMS
This retreat offers two full bathrooms with a tub/shower in each. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are included, as well as premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

PET FRIENDLY (pet fees apply)
Your furry loved ones are welcome! Up to 3 pets are permitted on the property. Dog bed, food and water bowls are provided. The road is quiet with very little traffic which makes for a peaceful walk. Please keep them off of the furniture. Only pets that are house trained are permitted inside. Pets must be cleaned up after in the yard. We do charge a pet fee of $105 per stay.
