This lovingly and modernly furnished semi-detached home is located on the outskirts of Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

You can go hiking, mountain biking, and enjoy nature right from your front door.

The first of about 60 ponds, just a few steps away, invite you to swim and relax.

Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike rides, and walks. Discover the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Oberharz Water Management System,” follow in the footsteps of the Oberharz mining industry, or unwind at one of the countless lakes.

Knebel Vacation Rental:

This child- and family-friendly, non-smoking vacation rental with a separate entrance spans 65 square meters over two floors and is suitable for 2–5 people. 

The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 m) and can be expanded with up to 2 adjustable single beds (90 x 200 m).

The open-concept living/dining area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.

The corner sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. 

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is provided, as are free towels and bed linens.

During your stay, you’re welcome to use the patio (with furniture, a grill, and a patio umbrella), as well as the garden, a shed, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack.
