Die Zimmer waren gut in der Grundreinigung die Küchenschränke musste meine Frau erst reinigen.Leider waren die Fenster auch sehr verschmutzt besonders Schlafstube. Leider ist die Duschtemperatur schlecht einstellbar entweder sehr heiß dann aber nach kurzer Zeit wieder ganz kalt.Gerne hätten wir mit den Vermietern gesprochen und hatten auf einen Rückruf gehofft, da ja Möbel teilweise schon ganz schön zerkratzt ist und wir ja in der Annonce lassen das Beschädigungen zu bezahlen sind.Der Gesamteindruck war trotzdem ganz gut. Unseren Kater gefiel es nicht das er keinen Zugang zum Balkon bekam[kein Katzennetz]

Die Wohnung war ideal für eine Katze, alles vorhanden was man braucht.An der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung, sowie Treppenhaus sollte noch gearbeitet werden.Be und entladen ist sehr schwierig, da der Eingang hinter dem Haus ist und man entweder alles die Treppen runter tragen oder außer herum laufen muss.Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, es ist eine Herausforderung alles hoch zu tragen, aber es ist machbar

Gut und preiswert

Wir haben schon 2 mal diese FeWo gebucht, weil sie uns von Preis und Lage gut passte. Sie hat genug Platz für 4 Personen, ziemlich bequeme Betten und kleinen Balkon. Alles fürs Kochen war auch vorhanden. Die einzige Mankos sind letzte Etage ohne Aufzug und ein bisschen Katzenhaare auf den Sofas, was natürlich zu erwarten ist beim Katzenfreundlichen Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung, Einrichtung leider ein wenig zusammengewürfelt.

Bei Anreise war weder Strom noch Wasser an. Stromkasten war einfach zu finden, Zentraler Wasseranschluss haben wir erst nach suchen in der Küche versteckt gefunden. Ein entsprechender Hinweis wäre schön gewesen. Da wir an einem Feiertag angereist sind war es zusätzlich problematisch, dass nicht einmal ein wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden war. Positiv war das Vorhandensein eines Geschirrspülers. Die Küche scheint noch aus den 70ern zu stammen.
