Lakefront duplex with stunning main lake views, a private dock, two fire pits and sandy beach, all just minutes from downtown Clarksville. Units rent separately (Dockside Dreamz #1 and #2), but this listing is for the whole place. Whether you’re fishing Buggs Island/Kerr Lake, vacationing with family, relaxing on the deck, or checking out the local wineries and brewery, Dockside Dreamz is the perfect escape with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 12 with two kitchens and baths, grills, & more.
The space
The full duplex offers everything you need for a large group gathering. The upstairs and downstairs units are separate (no steps connecting the two), and each features two bedrooms, a full bath with shower/tub combo, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out. The open-concept living rooms and kitchens have lots of natural light and views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed with a new luxury mattress, the second room features one queen and one twin bed with new luxury mattresses, and a queen sofa bed. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features one queen and one twin bed, the second bedroom has three twin beds, and the other bed is a queen sofa bed. Each kitchen comes fully stocked with refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. All you need to bring is your groceries and coffee! All linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We get each unit started with some garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, but you may need to bring more for longer stays.
If you’re staying in or working remotely, take advantage of the Wi-Fi and TV, or gather around the table to play a board game or work a puzzle. Just steps from the door, you’ll find a large back yard leading down to the private dock and the beach area, which is usable when the lake is at normal levels (approximately 300’). Bring your own beach chairs to relax on the sand, or jump off the dock to cool down. If you bring a boat, tie up for those easy early morning blast offs. Spend your evenings by one of the two firepits. There’s plenty of wood around, so grab some and roast some s’mores while overlooking the lake. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, grocery and supply stores and more! Bluestone boat launch is approximately .5 mile from the neighborhood.
