Friendly service

The staff at this motel is so friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how welcoming they are. The hotel is dated but clean. We did seem to run out of hot water after a second shower, this seemed odd. There was access to stores, fast food and a great little breakfast and lunch place (Hazels) and even a Costco. All within walking distance except Hazel's that was a close drive. We appreciated the service more than anything.

The property was in poor repair. The trip on the furniture was gone realing the chip board. The seats on chairs were worn and ripped with holes in them. The remodeled bath had the toilet so close to the wall it hurt to reachthe toilet paper. We were awaken by another visitor who used his key to try to to enter our room. He left nicely. But about 20 min. Later the staff knocked on our door wanted to know why were were there. We paid for two nights. She left. But had canceled our keys so after breakfast they did not work. It was a mess.

Reception staff was not friendly/many would say rude. Not sure about folding the hotel laundry on the check in desk. Did not like having to park on the street to be parked outside of our room.Property is older, very loud rumbling ac. The housekeeping staff, did an amazing job. The room was spotless.

Check in was 3pm I called the hotel around 5 pm to let them know we would not be checking in until around 7pm because we were dropping our daughter off at college. 1st time, the man who answered the phone was alike he was upset and said well you don’t pay until you get here. Then ok well we are dropping our daughter off to college so we are not gonna check in till around 7pm. Once we arrive he was much more courteous in person. I was upset though I told my husband that the hotel could have my $120 and I wanted to go home and just drive the 5 1/2 hours. Not all people are on the same time schedule sir…

Motel was very run down. Holes in all the curtains, wrinkled, questionable black specks in the bedding, feet were black after walking on the floors, bathroom not swept or mopped. Staff was nice enough. Initially tried to give us a room that had been sanitized for dogs.

The property shows it's age, but the property was very clean. A very convenient location. Room was quieter than expected and had bath amenities , in-room coffeemaker, iron and ironingboard which I haven't had at other Motel 6 properties. Didn't have much interaction with staff, warmly greeted at check-in; check-out.

My room was absolutely trashed, floor was dirty as hell, sink and tub had blood, dirt, and hair all over in it. Not to mention there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor that cut my 3 year old daughters foot and husbands foot and made it extremely infected almost instantly! I am a very regular customer And every time I come it is dirty but not as dirty as it was this time. Extremely disappointed. Honestly, I don't know what the housekeepers even do. And also not to forget there was old moldy food in the fridge and it barely was working and cold!

Although the staff were very friendly, the facility itself could definitely use some work. The corners of the ceiling were filled with cobwebs and dust bunnies and it's best not to look too closely at the corners of the floor. The temperature of the shower seemed to do whatever it wanted, regardless of what I did with the knob and similarly, the toilet would only fully flush every second or third flush and only if the lever was held down for an extended period of time.

Not bad/but not great

The poor gal that checked me in was STRUGGLING, it took over 20 minutes to complete the process. We had a pet/non smoking room yet a whole group of people were right outside our door smoking. We were also placed in a section that seemed to be "full times tenants" they were working on their vehicle in the parking lot. Maybe put actual guests in a different section?! The room was clean and served it's purpose, just feel it would have been a better experience if there was thought put into room assigments.
