Rundown property in need of complete renovation. Dirty carpets, dirty chairs. No safe in room. No sanitiser in public areas. No soap in public toilets. No yogurt at breakfast, mediocre selection. Old and noisy air conditioning. Pool was covered, asked to use and was told it was only open ‘seasonal’. Given it was 12th September and 95 degree heat, it was a poor excuse! Sign saying renovations are underway but did not see any work going on! Only 1 elevator working also! Worst hotel we’ve stayed in on our road trip and glad it was only 1 night!

My family and I stayed for a few days for a family reunion. The staff were really nice but the rugs in the hallway were filthy, the chairs in the dining area were filthy and the cleanliness around the pool area was not clean. The elevator had an out of order sign but when you press the button, that was the only one that would open. The hotel needs some updating.

Overall the stay was good just had to give those stars because of the inconvenience we were on the 3rd floor only one elevator working and it seems like it was about to break down the only ice machine that was working was one the 1st floor so you do the math but I still had a great 50th birthday at the birth place of the blues
