Loved it, although we only stayed one night. Short walk from the train station. Equally short walk to bus shuttle that takes you to the port gates for FREE! And there you can take another free shuttle to your cruise ship. The place is clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The guys are polite and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful historical building! The AC worked fabulously during the Italian heatwave and the shower was hot and heavenly. The location was very accessible and easy walking to amenities. Our family stayed one night prior to cruise departure. Great service and responsiveness from Claudia our host. Thank you!

This is an amazing place to stay in Civitavecchia. Very close to the port and restaurants and shopping. The building is an amazing old palace with a beautiful interior. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, even greeting us at the door and arranging and guiding us to a transfer to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice stay near the port! The folks who run it are friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a lovely little breakfast on the balcony of a neighboring building where they have another B&B. They also helped arrange for a van shuttle to bring us to our cruise ship in the morning for a reasonable fee. The building is charming and antique. It's a bit sticky and musty because the AC doesn't seem to run all the time, but we got it down to a nice cool temperature when we adjusted the unit in our room. Some of the rooms have lovely balconies.

I loved the pillows, they are some of the best pillows ever. Honestly the property is in an excellent location, near the harbor for those of you going on or returning from cruises, and the manager was very helpful with everything from check in to getting me a ride to the cruise port. Just a note, the entry for the property doesn't stand out from the other entrances on the building, but the manager is helpful, and the locals will show you right where to go - very helpful and good experience overall.

Great central location. Only 6 guest rooms in this historic property. Rooms are large and the bathrooms are relatively new. Breakfast is very simple European style with no hot items except coffee. No elevator, but staff help help with large pieces of luggage. Staff is also very kind and helpful with local restaurant recommendations.

This is a 6 room hotel on a second floor. The breakfast was prepared by the owner/ host. Bathroom shower was great! Unique experience for me staying in such a small property but for one night it was perfect! Price was right 😎
