Sauberes Haus mit Garten & Pool

Villa Miro liegt etwas ausserhalb (5–10 Min. ins Zentrum) – ideal mit Auto. Sauber, einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allem Nötigen inkl. grosser Garten, Tischtennis, Pool & Parkplatz. Vermieter sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar & unkomplizierte Übergabe. Empfehlenswert für 1 bis max. 3 Personen. Hunde sind willkommen!

Per chi cerca pace e relax

Quando abbiamo prenotato questa struttura cercavamo un posto dove stare in completo relax e in pace insieme ai nostri cani senza confusione o casino... ed è stato proprio così! La casa è in mezzo a un terreno rurale e isolata dai rumori cittadini ma vicinissima al mare, ha un giardino recintato grande e la piscina ad uso esclusivo, un bellissimo patio all'ombra dove abbiamo mangiato al fresco e ci siamo anche divertiti con il ping pong a disposizione!! Posto ideale per rilassarsi con privacy!!

Mitten in der Natur

Sehr schönes Häuschen auf einem grossen Grundstück mit privatem Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, P. war ein toller Vermieter, beste Kommunikation. San Lorenzo al mare ist nur knapp 3 km entfernt und hat einen tollen, gar nicht überfüllten Strand. Auf der Fahrrad-Piste kann man von dort bis San Remo fahren, Räder gibt es im Ort günstig zu mieten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen :-)

Freundlicher Empfang auf der Villa

Wir wurden herzlich Willkommen geheißen vom Gastgeber. Die Villa Miro ist ideal für Paare, Familien und kleine Gruppen bis 4 Personen + Kleinkind. Es gibt 1 Doppelbett und 1 ausziehbare Couch, sowie ein aufstellbares Kinderbett. Wenn mehr Personen mitreisen sollen, könnte noch eine Luftmatratze im Haus mitgebracht werden. Auf dem großen eingefriedeten Grundstück war es ideal für uns als Paar mit Hund. Die Villa wird im Tal von einer Oliven- und Eucalyptusplantage auf 50 Hektar Land umsäumt

Mooie omgeving

Mooie omgeving, kort aan de kustlijn van san Lorenzo. SAN Lorenzo is een goede vertrekplaats voor wandel- of fietsroutes. Toegangsweg naar de woning deels onverhard. Bed is moeilijk bereikbaar voor ouderen. Grootste probleem is het vocht in de badkamer, muffe geur van schimmel is overheersend. Aangewezen is toch 1 rolletje wc papier voorhanden te hebben bij aankomst. Voor de rest aangename rustig gelegen woning om de vakantie door te brengen.

Der Gastgeber war überdurchschnittlich zuvorkommend. Schenkte uns frische, süsse Früchte vom Hof. Auch das eigene Olivenöl war köstlich. Das Ferienhaus ist schön in die Natur eingebettet. Das grosse Landgut lädt zum Spaziergang ein. Poolwasser war eine Mischung aus Salzwasser und viel zu viel Chlor. Im Badezimmer hatte es einen unangenehmen Modergruch, der leider in grossen Teilen des Hauses riechbar war.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 10 und 7 Jahre alt) eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder haben auf dem Sofa geschlafen, was für eine Woche ok ist. Für vier Erwachsene wäre es zu eng. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit über das Handy zu erreichen gewesen und hat Probleme und Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, zu Fuß ca 30 min bis in die Innenstadt an der Straße entlang.Es gibt aber zwei kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort.

Abends quaken die Frösche, tagsüber grüßt der Esel mal aus der Ferne :-) Sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Unterkunft an der es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die sofort zur Stelle sind. Absolut reibungslose Abwicklung. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ideal wenn man mit seinem Hund verreist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
