Villa Hegoalde is in a great central position in Calan Blanes, just a 10 minute walk from the sandy Calan Blanes Beach and the shops, restaurants, and waterpark in the resort centre. The island’s historic capital, Ciutadella, can be reached within a short 10 minute drive or bus journey and is well worth a visit. This charming 3 bedroom villa has a private pool and lawned garden, providing plenty of space to relax, along with a fantastic poolside BBQ house and alfresco dining area. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Hegoalde is in a fantastic position, just a 10 minute walk from the sandy Calan Blanes Beach and a selection of local amenities. The neighbouring resort of Calan Forcat, which has merged with Calan Blanes, offers a main street lined with restaurants, bars, shops, and a waterpark, all around a 10 minute walk from the villa. Menorca’s historic capital, Ciutadella, is approximately a 10 minute drive away and is well worth a visit, with harbourside restaurants offering spectacular sunset views.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1 - 1.85 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
