Large recently built villa, with private garden and pool, overlooking the sea and located in Cala Morell, Ciutadella. It is located a few steps walking from the beach of Cala Morell in a very quiet area.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room. The rooms are distributed in one of them with a double bed and bathroom en suite, and the other 3 rooms with a total of 10 single beds. Two additional beds can be added to complete an occupancy of 14 people.

Private covered parking for 2 cars.

The Cami de Cavalls hiking route passes next to the house, with one of the most spectacular routes of its route, over the cliffs of the north of the island. It is a simple route and suitable for adults and children, for a walk at sunset or a day trip to Punta Nati or La Vall.
