Beautiful apartment in a prestigious residential complex in Ciutadella (Sa Caleta). Just a few meters from the beach, with a spectacular garden, pool, and paddle tennis court. This accommodations are very cozy and was renovated and updated in 2022. It’s perfect for families; please check the number of guests it can accommodate. The location couldn’t be better: just a few steps from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Ciutadella. Ideal for enjoying Menorca in a magical setting.
The home has three bedrooms, plus a living room, bathroom, and a large furnished terrace with beautiful views.
The living room is a very cozy space with a view of the terrace and the area’s palm trees. It features a large 55-inch TV and a dining area with plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition, a large mirror, shelves, and is very inviting. The terrace has a table and furniture so you can enjoy meals under a wooden pergola.
