Located between Cala en Bosch and Son Xoriguer, urbanizations of Ciutadella, located on the south coast of the Balearic Islands, is the beautiful Chalet Las Dunas just 150m or 2 minutes walk to the beach of the "Platjals" of Son Xoriguer and 350m from the beach of Cala en Bosch. The fantastic property with 53 m² of living space on a plot of more than 200m², newly renovated, is perfect to host 5 people. It offers a living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 double beds), as well as a modern bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a sunny terrace with hammocks, a small covered terrace with dining area, a chillout terrace with sofas, a barbecue and a fantastic pool for private use, which allows you to cool off on hot summer days. In addition, thanks to the dense hedges you will also enjoy a high level of privacy while you tan in the sun. Relax in the lounge area and leave behind the stress of everyday life! Due to its superb location, a supermarket and car rental are 130 meters away and a wide range of restaurants is 550 meters away or a 6-minute walk from the accommodation. If you want to enjoy a day sunbathing on the beach, a few meters you will reach the sandy beaches of Playa de Son Xoriguer and Cala en Bosch, where the turquoise and crystalline sea awaits you.

Insgesamt ein stimmiger wohltuender Aufenthalt

Pros: Man kann es sich sehr gut eine Woche gut ergehen lassen. Man hat viel Raum um sich; das Appartement ist sehr schön und die Außenanlage traumhaft. Der Tisch geschützt und die Veranda direkt vor dem Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. 2 tolle separate Schlafzimmer. Angenehm die Klimaanlage. Viele Fenster. Auch der offene Küchenbereich … sehr ideal konzipiert. Super ist, dass man unter 2 Minuten zu Fuß seinen wunderbaren Strand erreichen kann. Mit kleinen Buchten… das Meer extrem sauber und Sandstrand (vor einer felsigen Küste)… zum wohlfühlen. Übergabe Schlüssel nur in spanischer Kommunikation, aber unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Cons: Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, vorallem wenn man gerne kocht. Keine Gläser für alkoholische Getränke. Die Pfannen waren extrem verkratzt (Teflon) und Kochlöffel etc. müssten teilweise mal wieder ersetzt werden. Auch die Kissen (Sofa Aussenbereich) etwas schmuddelig. Da ist für den doch relativ stolzen Mietpreis noch etwas Luft nach oben. Achtung! Die Ausfahrt wurde uns 2 mal verstellt… Auto evtl. draußen parkieren oder Schild anbringen… Anlage ist in touristischer Umgebung aber kein Animationslärm. Um die Mittagszeit höheres Verkehrsaufkommen.

Alloggio ben strutturato e spazi confortevoli ed ottimizzati. La piscina è un plus molto apprezzato. Inammissibile l'assenza di lavastovilìglie e di lampade per comodini. Da italiano non comprensibile l'assenza di bidet nell'unico bagno.
