The room was awesome 👌 clean and truly the most perfect temperature for the season. It was so bitter cold outside and inside the room was a safe haven. I dont even think i could get my home temperature that cozy. Second time staying and its always been one of my favorite spots

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean. However, we had to switch rooms due to the air and other accessories not working. The room we moved to air didn't really work either, but it was such a production to get help the first time between everything we just decided to just live with it.

Everything functioned in the room, could have been cleaner. The floors were filthy and the coffee pot and ice bucket had not been cleaned, nor the switches and lamps. There were stains on the coverlet, the sheets looked clean. The staff was friendly and the room was ready on time.

Great hotel, staff, and the rooms were newly remodeled. Right on the river, you can rent a variety of boats. You absolutely have to eat at The Blue Gator on property. Highly recommend the peel and eat shrimp!

I was unexpectedly amazed with the Gator Den Motel being as clean and modernized as it was. It's not your run of the mill, i.e., the shower, the huge TV, obviously newly renovated, the walls even looked freshly painted, the bed was grand and quite comfy. The only thing negative is the rather large, well lit (too well lit) EXIT sign over the door, even throwing a towel over it was not enough when you like a really dark room at night. An overall comfortable room, bring a eye mask.
