The older of the two is a complex of trulli dating back to the 1600s, fully restored and renovated while preserving their distinctive features. Just a few meters away, on the edge of a forest of holm oaks and oaks, stands an annex offering tranquility, relaxation, and every comfort. Both units feature two double bedrooms, bathrooms fully equipped with all amenities, comfortable living rooms with a sofa, and separate, fully equipped kitchens complete with stovetops, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a set of kitchen utensils. You’ll have access to convenient parking and Wi-Fi. The infinity-edge pool features a whirlpool area with a comfortable seat and two cozy lounge chairs. We spent 3 nights in Puglia and were lucky to find this amazing villa last minute on Expedia/VRBO. It was the perfect spot for a group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers, since it has 2 separate houses (aka trulli's) with 2 bedrooms each, which made it easy for our teens to pick their own house for the stay. A short drive from Cisternino (a lovely small Italian town in the countryside), after passing through a private gate, you arrive at this magnificent property with olive trees, walking past a nice private swimming pool, and a few steps on massive marble blocks to get uphill to the villas. It's a very quiet area, and with no light pollution, you can see many shiny stars at night while sipping a glass of wine on the patio under the grapevine. Perhaps with soft music in the background. The place was spotless, better than seen in pictures, and the host, Gio, was very attentive to ensure everything was perfect, down to the small details of having drinks and snacks on arrival. Wished we had a longer stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
