Grosszügige Villa im Olivenhain

Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend um di ligurische Küste zu entdecken.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in der Nähe gut erreichbar und zahlreich vorhanden. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte demnächst mal saniert werden. Einzelne Fenster lassen sich nicht mehr normal öffnen bzw. ganz schliessen und die Haustüre verriegelt nur unbefriedigend und müsste zumindest justiert werden.Auch die Grundausstattung der Küche war dürftig und für die zugelasene Anzahl Personen zu knapp. Der Garten, die PP auf dem eingezäunten Gelände und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Aussenplätzen sind top. Es handelt sich um ein Doppeleinfamilienhaus, wobei alles mit Maschendrahtzaun getrennt ist bis auf die Dachterrasse,welche gemeinsam zur Nutzung steht.Die Nachbarn haben zwei grosse Hunde,welche aber gut erzogen und sehr brav sind. Wenn demnächst ein wenig renoviert wird, können wir dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.
